Hi there, I’m PASSADDHI MEDITATION, a Small Business based on Gadigal land of the Eora nation in Redfern, Sydney, Australia. I'm a qualified Yoga Teacher, Advanced Level Reiki Practitioner, Level 1 Animal Flow Instructor and a certified Meditation Teacher registered with the Meditation Association of Australia.
Since completing my Yoga Teacher Training  a number of years ago I have been commited  to a daily  meditation practice and it has transformed my well-being.

After  practicing various meditation techniques with wise teachers and mentors from many different parts of the world, and after completing 350 hours of Meditation Teacher Training in Australia and India,  in 2022 I made it my mission to help others heal and cultivate their own  inner calm.
